Yearly Agreements Can Include:
- Standard Mowing Service for residences and businesses
- Fertilizer and Weed Management
- Optional Applications (grubb, insect, and disease control)
- Organic Based Fertilizer Program with Optional minimal herbicide/pesticide use
- Edging
- Aeration
- Spring Cleanup
- Fall Cleanup
- Irrigation Service
- Tree and Shrub trimming/pruning
- Residential Snow Removal (premium, standard, or budget)
- Commercial Snow Removal
- Perimeter Pest Control (bi-annual or tri-annual)
- Scheduled Maid Service (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)

- Cancel anytime with 30 day notice – No Hassles
***12 Months assumes use of our snow removal or maid services. If you are only interested in lawn care related services the term would be 8 months.
Yearly and 8 month service agreement – Terms and Conditions
12 Month yearly agreements can start anytime between Feb 15th and Oct 1st.
8 Month agreements must be signed by April 30th with payments starting no later than May 15th.
