Residential Snow Removal

LynneClaire is dedicated to keeping your residence accessible in the winter months, minimizing inconvenience and safety concerns for you and your guests. Our service level is second to none! We trim out to the grass, shake your mats, and clean out in front of the garage door.

We offer four levels of service to choose from:

Premium:

Season long agreement that includes all snow events over 1/2”. You do not need to call us. Includes drives, city walks, and entrance walks. We will remove snow to the yard edge for a quality appearance. We will remove snow up to 2 times per 24 hour period to keep your residence clear and accessible. Ice melt applications available upon request. Priority scheduling.

Standard:

Season long agreement that includes all snow events over 2”. Other details are same as above.

Budget:

Season long agreement that includes all snow events over 4”. Snow will be removed once per event and after snow fall stops. We guarantee service within 8 hours or less after the snow stops. Customer may further reduce cost by requesting “driveway only”.

Will Call:

No service agreement, however we will give you a price and record your address on one of our routes for prompt service when you call or email for service. Perfect for customers that travel for work, but prefer to do it themselves when home.
